By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Telephone: +46 76-031 66 48

In these Terms, “Maison De Sheroski”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the business operating the website.

“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms;

  • You agree to comply with these Terms;

  • You provide accurate information when placing an order;

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • You will use our website lawfully and responsibly.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Maison De Sheroski manufactures and/or supplies leather jackets and related fashion products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements, materials, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may vary depending on your screen or device;

  • Natural leather may contain variations in grain, texture, colour, markings, and appearance;

  • Minor variations may occur between individual leather products;

  • Product photographs may not always represent the exact item delivered;

  • Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Natural variations in genuine leather are not necessarily defects and may be considered characteristics of the material.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase;

  • Discontinue products;

  • Change product specifications;

  • Correct product information;

  • Refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, alternative, or refund.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, VAT, shipping charges, customs duties, and other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or information errors.

If an obvious pricing error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

If the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled at the incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made.

6. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After submitting your order, you may receive an automated order acknowledgement.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or otherwise begin fulfilling the order, subject to applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Payment problems;

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Website or technical errors;

  • Other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Billing address;

  • Delivery address;

  • Payment information;

  • Product and size selections.

Maison De Sheroski is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you realise that you have provided incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible.

8. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Depending on the payment method selected, you may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions.

We do not normally store complete payment-card information on our own systems when payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.

An order may not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised or received.

9. DELIVERY

We deliver products to the countries and addresses available during checkout.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Customs procedures;

  • Public holidays;

  • Weather;

  • Incorrect delivery information;

  • Events outside our reasonable control;

  • Other logistical circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated time-frame.

If an order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer-service team.

10. DELIVERY RISK

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods generally passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Swedish or EU law.

11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer delivery outside Sweden or the European Union, so international customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties;

  • Import taxes;

  • Local taxes;

  • Customs clearance fees;

  • Other charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges may be collected by the carrier, customs authority, or other relevant authority.

Maison De Sheroski cannot guarantee that an international shipment will not be delayed by customs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products may legally be imported into their destination country.

12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / ONLINE RETURNS

If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, consumers generally have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw from the distance contract.

You do not generally need to provide a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right, contact us using the contact information provided below.

Returns/Withdrawal Email:  info@maisondesheroski.com

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you should clearly state:

  • Your name;

  • Order number;

  • Products being returned;

  • Date of purchase;

  • Your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

You may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms, but you are not required to use that exact form.

13. RETURNING PRODUCTS

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you should return the product within the period required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

Products should be returned safely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

14. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

You may examine a product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality in a manner similar to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.

However, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality, where permitted by applicable law.

For leather jackets, please take reasonable care to avoid:

  • Scratches;

  • Stains;

  • Odours;

  • Damage;

  • Unnecessary wear;

  • Alterations;

  • Permanent marks;

  • Exposure to liquids or chemicals.

Any statutory rights you have regarding defective products remain unaffected.

15. REFUNDS

Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, the refund may include:

  • The purchase price of the returned product; and

  • The applicable standard outbound delivery cost.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been agreed.

16. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or circumstances specified by applicable law.

For example, this may include goods that are:

  • Made according to the consumer's specifications;

  • Clearly personalised;

  • Altered specifically at the customer's request;

where the applicable statutory exception applies.

If you request a customised or personalised leather jacket, we will inform you where the statutory withdrawal right does not apply or is otherwise limited.

17. CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALised PRODUCTS

If Maison De Sheroski offers made-to-measure, customised, personalised, or specially modified leather jackets, such products may be subject to different cancellation and return rules.

Before production begins, we may require you to confirm:

  • Measurements;

  • Colour;

  • Leather type;

  • Design;

  • Personalisation;

  • Embroidery;

  • Hardware;

  • Other custom specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements and customisation information supplied to us are accurate.

Where applicable law provides mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming customised products, those rights remain unaffected.

18. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

We want every Maison De Sheroski product to meet reasonable quality and legal requirements.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective;

  • Damaged;

  • Incorrect;

  • Significantly different from the agreed description; or

  • Otherwise not in conformity with the applicable consumer contract,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Photographs where useful;

  • Other information reasonably required to assess the claim.

Your statutory consumer rights concerning defective or non-conforming products are not limited by these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to remedies such as:

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Price reduction;

  • Refund;

  • Other statutory remedies.

19. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

Any commercial warranty or guarantee offered by Maison De Sheroski will be described separately with the relevant product or order.

A voluntary commercial warranty does not replace or reduce mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions may not be covered by a voluntary warranty, subject to applicable law.

20. LEATHER CARE

Leather is a natural material and requires appropriate care.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

Depending on the type of leather, inappropriate cleaning products, excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals, or improper storage may damage the jacket.

Maison De Sheroski is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  • Changes in our business;

  • New products or services;

  • Changes to our website;

  • Changes in payment or delivery services;

  • Changes in applicable laws;

  • Other operational reasons.

31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply to you.

The invalid provision will be replaced or interpreted, where legally possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose.
