Even though we operate digitally rather than through a traditional brick-and-mortar storefront, every piece retains the authentic essence of bespoke tailoring. For every custom order, we guide you through personalized design consultations, precise measurements, unique pattern creation, and an unmatched selection of premium leathers, hardware, and finishes.

How It Works

1. Custom Order Request

Begin your journey by filling out our simple web request form. You don’t need a finished technical design to start—a simple sketch, a reference photo, or even a rough concept is all we need to get started.

2. Free Design Consultation

You will be paired with a dedicated design specialist who will work closely with you on project specifications, material options, pricing, estimated delivery timeline, and digital mockups. Our consultation service is 100% free with no commitment required.

3. Order Placement & Proofing

Once you are completely satisfied with the digital illustration and design specifications, your consultant will generate a private order link. This link details all confirmed hardware, measurements, lining choices, and design artwork before production begins.

4. Production & Quality Delivery

Watch your creation come to life through our meticulous 6-step crafting process. Before shipping, we share high-resolution photos of your completed piece for final approval prior to worldwide dispatch.

Our 6-Step Production Process

01. Digital Illustration & Mockup

Our design team crafts an accurate 2D digital illustration reflecting your exact specifications. Once approved, this serves as the master blueprint for our master artisans.

02. Individual Pattern Making

Unlike mass-market standard sizing, your garment receives a custom, hand-cut paper pattern drafted specifically to your body measurements and style preferences.

03. Leather Selection & Tanning

We source top-grain and full-grain leathers (including lambskin, cowhide, goat, and suede) tailored to your desired weight, grain texture, and color finish.

04. Precision Cutting & Hand Assembly

Master craftsmen hand-cut every panel from select hides to ensure uniform grain and thickness, followed by precision stitching using heavy-duty reinforced threading.

05. Embroidery, Hardware & Custom Detailing

Monograms, custom inner linings, embossed branding, laser engraving, and custom YKK zippers or hardware are carefully integrated.

06. Finishing & Rigorous Quality Control

Before packing, every finished jacket undergoes multi-point quality inspection to verify stitching tension, measurement accuracy, hardware functionality, and surface finish.
